Objectives of the Trust

The humble beginning of Dr. Rajkumar's Trust will concentrate on these fontal footsteps:

• Collecting the list of donors willing to donate eye in coordination with Narayana Netralaya.
• Contributing the entire operation expenses (ranging from Rs.10000 to 15000) that will gift vision to blind people.
• Free Eye Donation Operations that will gift the miracle of sight to needy people,
• Mass Cataract Operations in rural areas that will go a long way in preventing blindness and
• Promotion of eye donation Programs that will open the eyes of the public and encourage them to donate sight.

Raghavendra Rajkumar gave another insight into the simplicity and naivity of the legend who, on getting to know that modern medicine had provisions for donating eyes, he right away offered to donate his eyes, stating that he had seen enough and wished to gift another person with the miracle of vision. The doctor then clarified that such donation takes effect only after death. Hearing this Dr. Rajkumar, alongwith their entire family came forward immediately and pledged their eyes.
